Senior Manager, Business Operations eCommerce - Big & Bulky Fulfillment (Sam's Club)

Position Summary... Sam's Club is evolving how members receive the products they love-whether shipped to home, delivered from a local club, or routed through our partner network. As the Senior Manager, Business Operations Ecommerce - Big & Bulky Fulfillment, you will be accountable for the transformation, day-to-day performance and reputed company improvement of the Big & Bulky Ship-to-Home and shipping channel, ensuring orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively. This role plays a critical part in executing Sam's Club's fulfillment strategy. • Drive Big & Bulky Transformation Initiative: Build and execute a cross-functional transformation plan to simplify the Big & Bulky experience, addressing key friction points across delivery, damage, returns, and fulfillment.

• Execute Fulfillment Strategy: Partner with Directors to operationalize network and routing strategies, ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively and deliver expected outcomes.
