Job Summary As a Pharmacy Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team. You will be responsible for providing phone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty medication therapy. Your primary responsibilities will include: Coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and refills, including verifying and updating benefits. Assisting patients with interpreting and entering new or refill medications into our pharmacy data system. Requirements
Essential Qualifications: Active IL Pharmacy Technician License.
