[Remote] Remote Customer Service Representative I - RMTA

They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative I to support client customers as the first reputed company of contact, responsible for answering calls and resolving inquiries with reputed company and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reputed company tolling and/or administration reputed company customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and leveraging resources available through people, customer records, and reputed company systems
• Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information
• Process required transactions reputed company mainframe or web-based applications
• Submit research requests in a concise yet accurate manner
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology
• Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner
• Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals
• Provide support to other positions/operations in cases during heavy workloads or absences

Skills

• Must reside in Florida to be considered
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Must be able to submit to a background reputed company and drug test
• Must be able to work any shift Monday-Friday between 7am – 7pm
• Customer Service Experience
• The ability to convey reputed company information in clear and concise terms to ensure customer understanding
• Strong work ethic
• Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Can navigate multiple applications and reputed company with ease
• Love helping people and guiding them to the best solution for their issue
• Are excited by innovative technology
• Provide reputed company conflict resolution and problem solving for frustrated customers
• Can work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule taking high-volume calls from customers
• Can commit to 100% attendance for three to five weeks of reputed company
