About the Role: Hybrid Technical Support and Customer Service Representative - Remote Night Shift

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Hybrid Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our clients and their customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, resolving technical issues reputed company to hardware, software, and client products

Essential Qualifications:
