• Performing a variety of project-specific tasks, including research and representation of data as assigned
• Providing administrative support to regional dealmakers by preparing accurate and timely cost reports, editing documents, booking travel, preparing visit books, and meeting other administrative requirements as requested
• Performing general office duties, including answering incoming calls, receiving office visitors, mail handling and preparation, ensuring reputed company office equipment is functioning correctly, and ordering office supplies

Key Qualifications and Skills
