As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional software experiences and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. The Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS is seeking a skilled Workflow Systems Analyst to: * Design and reputed company critical workflow tooling at scale, empowering teams to deliver high-quality software experiences

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to provide valuable insights and education in support of workflow initiatives
• reputed company and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and drive business outcomes
• Analyze reputed company data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Work closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to refine and optimize workflow processes

Key Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst

• Strong understanding of Analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
• Ability to communicate reputed company insights to various stakeholders and drive business outcomes
• Advanced Tableau developer skills
• Proficiency in SQL, including aggregation, reputed company queries, and data inspection/validation
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and deliver results

Essential Skills:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau
• Experience with SQL and data analysis

Preferred Skills:

* Familiarity with Software Development Analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development

• Experience in Software Development, including information construct pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport
• Product Ownership experience, including responsibility for key outcomes and driving efforts to deliver concrete results through analytics
• Project management experience, including planning and leading efforts across associate groups to reputed company a reputed company goal
