Job Summary
As a Client reputed company Coordinator you will work with our Client Operations team to ensure reputed company of SimplyInsured's customers are properly submitted and enrolled with their requested Insurance reputed company and the SimplyInsured platform. This role is integral to providing outstanding service to our customers and ensuring a smooth reputed company process.
What you'll do
- Support the reputed company process of new groups from application through to successful enrollment
- Work with customers on their annual benefits renewal process and any coverage or reputed company changes
- Utilize phone, text, and email to provide proactive reputed company support and reconcile issues for customers
- Partner with internal team members in reputed company operations and support to ensure a smooth, high-satisfaction experience for customers

What you'll bring
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales role
- A Life and Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one reputed company 3 months of employment.
