Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Solutions Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Learning reputed company about arenaflex, including our history, products, and services * Providing friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions to customers through phone, live chat, and email * Ensuring that customers always have the most complete and up-to-date information about the status of their orders * Partnering with other departments reputed company and reputed company of Customer Solutions to support both the customer and the company * Using best practices reputed company analyzing customer situations, investigating problems, and providing strategic solutions reputed company our business model * Fostering a team-oriented environment by maintaining a positive, professional attitude in reputed company correspondence * Being flexible and adaptable, as we continue to grow and evolve as a company

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A college education (preferred but not required) * At least 1 year of customer-facing experience (preferred but not required) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; conversational reputed company in English required * Proficient typing abilities * The ability to work a training schedule of 9:30 AM – 6 PM ET or local time zone equivalent, Monday through Friday, during the 60-day onboarding period * The ability to work 11:30 AM – 8 PM ET or local time zone equivalent, Monday through Friday, after the 60-day onboarding period

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) for reliable and secure high-speed internet access * A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free * A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.) for receiving computer equipment * Experience with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and Windows system/internet navigation * Innovation and the ability to challenge the status reputed company * A concern for helping others and doing the right thing by them
