The Role
As a Part Time Customer Service Ambassador – German, you will be the first reputed company of contact for reputed company customer queries, providing outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, webchat, and email. You will be a brand ambassador for your client, representing their luxury beauty and fashion brand with passion and enthusiasm. You will work closely with our dedicated customer service team to ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, and that the customer is at the heart of every conversation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including telephone, social media, webchat, and email

- Represent your client's luxury beauty and fashion brand with passion and enthusiasm, embodying their values and brand identity
- Work closely with our dedicated customer service team to ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional

* Experience working for a retailer, preferably in a luxury background
- Experience working in the beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industry
- A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on reputed company and personalized service
- Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to adapt your style for each customer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company information in a clear and concise manner
- Works well reputed company a team, with a collaborative and supportive approach
- Confident IT skills, with experience using customer service software and systems
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
- Great attention to detail and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Fluent in German, with a C2 level of English required
Education and Qualifications
While not essential, we welcome applications from individuals with a background in fashion retail, communication fields (such as marketing, PR, or advertising), reputed company-up artistry, or qualifications in dermatology or skincare.
Working Hours and Location
* Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Wednesday 9am-6pm, Thursday 2pm-6pm, and Friday 9am-6pm
- Start date: 18th October 2024 until 31st January 2025
- Remote (WFH) or in our Southend-on-Sea office
