As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have been affected by these issues. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's committed to delivering exceptional customer service, while also driving business growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities:

* You'll be connected to people through an automated dialer who have filled out a form to see if they meet the criteria to potentially qualify for compensation.

• You'll handle a high volume of connections, speaking to 40-50 callers a day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying.
• Your work will involve multitasking, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows.
• You'll reputed company or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals.
• You'll accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately.
• You'll participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position.
• You'll adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures.
• You'll assist with other projects as needed.
• You'll be reputed company to self-troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT problems.

Requirements:

* You must reputed company in the reputed company or New Jersey.

• You must have a quiet, distraction-free space to work.
• You'll need a reliable, hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

• You'll need high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum – standard internet).
• You'll need a reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that's wired reputed company USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/ reputed company G432) (average price is $20-$30).
• You'll need a strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience.
• You'll need 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience.

This is not for you if:

* You cannot troubleshoot basic technical issues.

• You're unable to work 40+ hours per week, each week.
• You can't imagine handling 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-reputed company until you're connected with a viable caller.
• You're unable to use problem-solving skills.
• You're unable to work the full training period (90 days).
• You're unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or reputed company business hours.

• Training Schedule will be Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
