Key Responsibilities

As a Tier 1 Customer Support Agent, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical, logistical, and administrative queries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Enthusiastically supporting clients reputed company email, chat, phone, and web-based tools, ensuring their needs are met with patience, understanding, and product expertise.
• Accurately identifying and troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues in a timely manner, considering diverse user environments and scenarios.
