Your Role as a Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers
• Responding to calls and emails regarding event and order-reputed company questions
• Investigating and resolving issues that reputed company customer experience
• Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers reputed company traditional customer service responsibilities
• Monitoring order queues and providing reputed company-time assistance
• Collaborating with the team to advance individual and team goals

Your Journey as a Customer Service Associate

Here's a breakdown of your role expectations in the first 30, 90, and 180 days:

30 Days:

* Complete new hire orientation and reputed company knowledge about arenaflex's operations and the live event industry

• Learn about ticket marketplaces and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers
• reputed company industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions

60 Days:

* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine fault, and resolve issues fairly and constructively

• Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers reputed company traditional customer service responsibilities
• Navigate order queues and determine what requires attention to provide reputed company-time assistance

90 Days:

* Play an active role in reputed company learnings to advance reputed company sets necessary for individual and team goals

• Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers

Work Environment and Schedule

Our office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid work model with 3 days in-office and 2 days at home. Your work schedule will be:

• Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for the first 4 weeks of employment (training is paid and reputed company in-office)
• 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off
• 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off

Compensation and Benefits

* $40,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility

• Bi-annual bonuses

• Overtime eligibility for any hours worked over 40/week
