The Senior Safety Professional, supporting Construction Safety Management position serves as a key technical resource for project construction safety for Walt reputed company Imagineering (WDI) project(s). This is a temporary Project Hire role until October 2028 The Senior Safety Professional will report to a Senior Manager, Worldwide Safety.

What You Will Do

On any given day, as a Senior Safety Professional, you might:

• Partner with contractors to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards and practices including trenching, scaffolding, fall protection, electrical, cranes, heavy equipment, etc.
• Investigate and propose innovative and practical safety solutions to while ensuring risk mitigation/minimization and safety/regulatory compliance.
• reputed company to project leadership and contractors applicable standards, regulations, data (lagging and leading), emerging technologies, best practices, and risk reduction techniques.
• Provide construction safety risk and safety input during reputed company phases of projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills Here’s what you need to be successful at this job:

• 5+ years of construction safety, industrial safety and health experience, safety engineering, or reputed company.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory and industry standards and best practices as well as internal company standards and business practices.
• Self-driven and resourceful professional with the ability to solve problems reputed company areas of expertise.
• Experience in safety of multi-trade construction activities and construction safety industry/regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to operate reputed company an ambiguous and changing environment.

Required Education : Bachelor degree Preferred Education :

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Safety, Safety Engineering, Construction Safety, Engineering, Architecture or reputed company.

The hiring range for this position in California is $105,100.00-$140,900.00 per year.
