The Role
We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager to join our Customer Service Technology team, which is responsible for ensuring the right tools and technologies are in reputed company to support the operation, growth, and scalability of our Customer Service business. As a Product Manager, you'll be the key player in shaping the future of our member management reputed company platform, helping to create and execute the long-term strategy and prioritized roadmap.
Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing product management leadership for our member management platform, including features, capabilities, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with reputed company-party solutions.

- 5+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products.
- A deep understanding of Customer Service business and contact center business.
- Prior experience working with member management products, whether reputed company-party or in-house build.
- Quick learning and the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities who reputed company in high-pressure environments and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary, with a range of $160,000 - $390,000. You'll also have the opportunity to choose how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.
