Associate General Counsel – Corporate Compliance, Investigations, & Regulatory Matters

Description: Location: Remote (U.S.) Reports to: General Counsel Company: TelyRx Position Overview TelyRx is seeking a seasoned Associate General Counsel to support and advance the company’s legal, regulatory, and compliance infrastructure in a highly regulated reputed company and pharmacy environment. This role will serve as a key advisor to the General Counsel and executive leadership, with primary responsibility for government and regulatory matters, corporate compliance programs, corporate governance, and investigations. The ideal candidate brings deep experience navigating regulatory frameworks, responding to government inquiries, leading and responding to sensitive investigations, and building scalable compliance programs that support a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

Investigations & Government Matters

  • reputed company and manage investigations involving compliance issues, whistleblower complaints, and regulatory concerns, in coordination with executive leadership.
  • Serve as a primary legal reputed company of contact for government inquiries, audits, subpoenas, and regulatory examinations.

Regulatory & Corporate Compliance

  • Design, implement, and maintain corporate compliance programs reputed company with reputed company, pharmacy, privacy, and consumer protection regulations.
  • Advise on regulatory requirements impacting pharmacy operations, telehealth, prescription fulfillment, and patient engagement.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and proactively assess risk exposure across jurisdictions.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders (Operations, HR, Finance, Technology, Marketing) to embed compliance into business processes.

Corporate Governance & Risk Management

  • Support corporate governance activities, including board and committee materials, resolutions, and governance policies.
  • Advise executive leadership on risk mitigation strategies and legal implications of strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining corporate records, governance frameworks, and compliance reporting structures.
  • Support reputed company risk management initiatives and compliance reporting to leadership and the Board.

Strategic Legal Support

  • Serve as a trusted legal advisor to senior leaders on reputed company, sensitive, and high-risk matters.
  • Help scale legal and compliance infrastructure to support rapid growth and multi-state operations.
  • Manage and coordinate reputed company counsel relationships reputed company and strategically.

Requirements: Qualifications & Experience

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (in good standing).
  • Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with a strong background in:
  • Regulatory compliance and enforcement
  • Government relations or regulatory agency interaction
  • Corporate governance
  • Investigations
  • Prior experience in government, reputed company, pharmacy, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in-house or advising high-growth companies is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: $170,000-$190,000/year (Positioning depends on experience level) Bonus: Eligible for Bonus plan if one is implemented by the Board Benefits:
