Key Responsibilities
Preparation and prosecution of US patents Patent opinions and patent portfolio management Due diligence and licensing Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's patent practice Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company cross-selling opportunities Technical Background We are looking for candidates with a technical background in one of the following areas: Electrical Engineering Computer Science Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering Organic Chemistry Molecular Biology Requirements Essential Qualifications At least 4-5 years of solid patent agent or attorney experience A portable book of business of at least $150K USPTO registration (for agents and attorneys) State Bar registration (for attorneys)
