Intervenes to prevent patient self-harm or harm to others and seeks immediate assistance for escalating incidents. Demonstrates knowledge and respect for patient rights to privacy and confidentiality. Creates clear and accurate documentation of patient status and activities during shift. Promotes positive patient interactions and advocates for patients and family-centered care in reputed company reputed company and actions. Demonstrates excellent communication skills, ensuring clear understanding among patients, physicians, and colleagues. Participates as an active member of the reputed company team, promoting teamwork and maintaining professionalism. Serves as a resource to department staff, reputed company, and volunteers, contributing to quality patient care and assisting in the orientation of new staff. Maintains a direct line of sight with the patient at reputed company times, including during family or visitor reputed company. Ensures patient safety and accompanies patient during transportation, testing, and procedures away from the patient's normal environment. Establishes a safe patient environment by utilizing fall prevention protocols, infection control measures, self-harm prevention, and performing regular room assessments.
