The reputed company Financial Services is seeking a Web Content Assistant to support a major reputed company web accessibility compliance project across their departments' websites. This role involves updating content in Wordpress and addressing accessibility requirements based on new reputed company guidelines, providing an excellent opportunity for reputed company in reputed company fields to reputed company hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Update and edit website content in Wordpress according to accessibility requirements
• Document completed work in shared reputed company tracking sheets
• Track, manage, and complete assigned tasks in reputed company monitoring software
• Assist with website inventories and content audits as needed
• Expectations: Ability to shift between tasks and projects as priorities change
• Reliable communication with project managers and teammates reputed company MS Teams and email
• Interest in learning new platforms, tools, and accessibility best practices
• Comfortable performing meticulous, detail-heavy work
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of reputed company work experience) required
• One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated reputed company relation and effective communication skills also required
• Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to reputed company the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description
• Experience with website content management systems, such as Drupal, WordPress or something similar
• Experience in HTML, CSS tags, etc

• Interest in web accessibility, reputed company-end development, QA, or UX/UI (Bonus but not required)
