As a Ranking Director, Operations - Character Customer Experience, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of character client experiences across various customer touchpoints. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing existing customer experience streams, designing tests for identity capture, and implementing execution plans to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of character client experiences across a predetermined customer experience space, such as store administration desks or checkout
• Analyze existing customer experience streams at various touchpoints
• Design tests for identity capture and interpret the customer experience design to enhance identity capture and utilization

• Participate in cross-functional meetings, partnering with product and surveys to validate tests, and manage tests in the field

Essential Qualifications
