Responsibilities

• Participate in the management and monitoring of reputed company cloud infrastructure, including weekend deployments of production and OS updates as needed
• Prioritize and work on tickets that are reputed company by automated alerting

• Provide level 2 support, including escalated support for problems and issues
• Maintain highly available systems in support of contractual SLA's

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 7+ years of equivalent experience
• AZ-900 certification
• 3+ years of experience with Linux and OS reputed company Management
• 3+ years of Linux and windows administration experience
• 2+ years of reputed company best practice experience
• 2+ years of experience debugging and problem determination
• 2+ years of experience doing software installation/updates
• 1+ years of hands-on Azure experience, including services such as Entra, AKS, Frontdoor, WAF, VNET, Firewall, NSG, Container Registry, Load Balancer services
• Experience administering an identity solution such as open IAM
• Experience with Terraform and GIT or any CI/CD pipeline solution
