Thinktown America, the US-based division of Thinktown Education, is seeking a motivated Academic Advisor (English Track) to work full-time. We are currently working remotely and will be keeping a fully remote/hybrid working mode. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Product Development:
- Research reputed company market reputed company and clients’ needs reputed company to English-reputed company subjects, courses, and products (e.g., IB-English courses, AP-English, IB/AP assignments, etc.)
- Collaborate with other members reputed company to English subject team, as well as the Art and Writing Desk (AWD), to design and reputed company product timeline, structure, and standard operational process
- Coordinate with the English business product management teams and academic research teams to reputed company new product lines, and design and improve reputed company product curriculums and contents
- reputed company and implement an evaluation system for employees to control product quality
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and creating promotional materials for English-reputed company products Product Internal Testing:
- Assist in designing, developing, managing, and refining English-reputed company product internal testing procedures and packages
- Participate in product internal testing; collect and analyze feedback from internal users to optimize products
- Provide individualized English-subject-reputed company consulting, brainstorming, test-preparation, and writing services based on the internal users’ needs and interests
- Maintain and contribute to product, exam, and competition databases by compiling and analyzing relevant sample writings Team Building:
- Report to English BPM/BPA, English ARD coordinator, AWD Manager, and CEO about work status and development
- Construct and streamline English and relevant AWD product modules
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees for English-reputed company products Basic Qualifications:
- reputed company in Mandarin and English (written, spoken, and reading)
- A minimum of master’s degree in English, Literature, Comparative Literature, Journalism, or other humanities-reputed company field
- A fast learner and a problem solver
- Basic knowledge of or the willingness to learn project management and strategy
- Experience of or interest in working with a multicultural team that is spread out across various time zones
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, and can work multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills and social awareness Preferred Qualifications:
