As a reputed company Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing contract activity that carries moderate to high risk for BKF. This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our contracting processes while supporting the smooth operations of our legal, financial, and project management teams. You will help ensure that reputed company contractual matters are handled with the highest level of reputed company and attention to detail. NOTE: This is a temporary position, anticipated duration of six months.

• Review and analyze contract terms and legal documents for risk, inconsistencies, and alignment with company policies, statutes, and applicable laws.
• Provide clear, concise, and professional written comments on contract drafts, and recommend alternatives or solutions for problematic language.
• Collaborate directly with engineers, project managers, and internal stakeholders to gather context, clarify reputed company, and ensure contract provisions reflect technical and operational needs.
• Participate in internal efforts to maintain and refine standard contract templates and specifications based on regulatory updates and industry trends.
• Assist in the preparation and editing of NDAs, teaming agreements, amendments, and other legal documents.
• Support efforts to maintain compliance with business registration and professional licensing requirements across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with multiple internal project managers and legal staff to reputed company reputed company contract and other legal materials and supporting documents.
• Download and file reputed company for review.
• Review contract language and assist PIC and VP with identifying contract language that should be changed.
• Compare new project reputed company with existing reputed company for the same client to ensure consistency with previous agreements.
• Maintain searchable records of existing client reputed company, including markups and negotiated terms, for easy review on future projects.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of contract review and negotiation experience, preferably reputed company the AEC, utilities, infrastructure, or public sector environments.
• Strong understanding of construction, engineering, or professional services reputed company.
• Proven ability to identify risks, inconsistencies, or unclear terms, and recommend edits, alternatives, or language improvements.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams or technical departments, with an ability to reputed company legal and technical language.
• Excellent written communication and editing skills—must be able to comment clearly and professionally in a consistent voice.
• Comfortable interpreting and applying relevant statutes (public reputed company code, labor laws, license board regulations, etc.).
• Strong research and documentation skills, ideally with experience using legal tools (e.g., Westlaw).

Physical Demands: Must be able to regularly talk, hear and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse and occasionally lift, pull/push and carry up to 20 pounds with accommodations. Work Conditions: Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a low or moderate level consistent with an office setting. Exposure to high-stress, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• This is a temporary position with an anticipated duration of six months. Benefits will not be available for this position beyond those required in the state of California.
• The salary range for this position is anticipated to be $30 per hour - $38 per hour and may vary depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
