Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE You possess … Certified Residential/General Appraiser designation High School Diploma/GED required; College degree preferred Experience appraising a broad range of property types, including those typical of your coverage areas Sufficient computer skills to reputed company appraisal reports and communicate effectively Proficiency in the reputed company software products Ability to work independently Commitment to development of quality appraisal products Interest in appraisal innovation and reputed company
