Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining positive customer relations by addressing product-reputed company concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
• Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
• Meeting performance standards and achieving sales targets
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Windows 10 or 11, and familiarity with CRM software
• Experience with upselling and cross-selling products
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years or older

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable high-speed internet reputed company with a minimum download speed of 4.0 MBPS and upload speed of 2.0 MBPS
• Wired internet reputed company with a cable reputed company (dial-up, Wi-Fi, hotspots, and satellite not allowed)
• PC or laptop with a reputed company and supported MS Windows 10 or 11 operating system
• Processor: AMD 2.1GHZ or higher or reputed company 1.8GHZ or higher
• 4GB RAM or installed memory
• 10GB of free hard disk space
• Keyboard with function keys (F-Keys)
• Wired USB headset
• Webcams are recommended but not required
• Dual monitors are recommended but not required
• Minimum monitor size of 17+ inches is recommended but not required
• External mouse is recommended but not required

Training Requirements

* 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm

• 2nd Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm
• Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm
