Job Overview
As an e-Fulfillment Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the reputed company of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
- Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to reputed company common goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
- Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
