Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Manager of Integration to reputed company and coordinate the successful execution of integration activities following mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic initiatives. This role will serve as a critical reputed company between functional leaders, the deal team, and acquired organizations to ensure seamless operational, cultural, and strategic alignment.

Compensation: $109,000 - 133,000/annually, plus annual bonus potential

Duties/Responsibilities:

Integration Planning & Execution:

  • reputed company and maintain comprehensive integration plans, timelines, and workstreams.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Ops) to drive integration deliverables.

  • Monitor integrations reputed company and timelines; escalate risks, delays, or roadblocks to leadership.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the central reputed company of contact for integration activities.

  • Work closely with business leaders, acquired company representatives, and functional SMEs to ensure alignment.

  • Communicate regularly with executive sponsors and report on integration reputed company, KPIs, and milestones.

Diligence & Day 1 Readiness:

  • Collaborate with the M&A team during the due diligence phase to identify integration risks and opportunities.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or reputed company field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in M&A integration, project/program management, consulting, or strategic operations.

  • Highly proficient in reputed company Office, including intermediate to advanced skills in reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives and manage reputed company projects across multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong presentation, communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

In Office and Travel Requirements:
