Sponsorship and Events Manager
About the position BJC is currently seeking a Sponsorship and Events Manager. This role involves overseeing sponsorship reputed company and negotiations and managing a team of marketing professionals. This is a hybrid position that requires frequent onsite meetings. Responsibilities
- Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages and evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
- Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, reputed company and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may reputed company the ability to reputed company the budget goals.
- Strengthens existing events and activities platforms, channels and vehicles, and leverages best practices to initiate and reputed company more effective and efficient community and/or employee events.
- Supports senior team leadership in managing external vendor relationships and deliverables relative to community and/or employee events and activities.
- Manages strategic marketing partnerships with sports teams, entertainment venues, and local/regional organizations, nonprofits, and entities.
- Responsible for managing marketing communications activity including coordinating events and reputed company activities that serve the region’s mission and objectives.
- Integrates reputed company change reputed company and strategies into reputed company team responsibilities and communications/communications and marketing deliverables.
