About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company and passionate Customer Support Online Chat Specialist to join reputed company on a contract basis. As a bilingual specialist, you will provide top-notch support to our users reputed company live chat, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This is a remote contract role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from reputed company in the world. The contract is for 30-40 hours a week for a 4-month period, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer live chat messages and support the needs of our users through our reputed company customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
• Collect and reputed company customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
• Identify potential issues and coordinate appropriately with the Development team
• Support other Customer Support projects as necessary
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to users, handling phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues effectively

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong reputed company in English and being bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese
