Position Overview

As a Collection Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in resolving delinquent accounts and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for contacting consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules, using your excellent communication and negotiation skills to resolve disputes and reputed company successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities

* Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts

• Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to resolve disputes and reputed company successful outcomes
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and consumers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company business objectives
• Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics, including collection rates and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Ability to Actively Listen and Communicate Effectively
