Key Responsibilities:

As a Manager State & Higher Education, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coaching and professionally developing Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management
  • Executing strategic direction for SLED managed travel accounts to increase sales, establish formal partnerships, and broaden awareness of arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services
  • Identifying, hiring, reputed company, and training a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry
  • Collaborating with fellow Leaders to drive business growth and reputed company strategic partnerships
  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business reputed company and drive innovation
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to reputed company and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company data and reputed company effective solutions

Remote Work Opportunity:

This role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. reputed company of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in a remote location, away from our Corporate reputed company.
