Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing a significant volume of inbound calls, averaging between 70-120 calls daily, and providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and authorized reputed company parties.
• Maintaining effective communication with policyholders, providers, and reputed company parties, ensuring that their needs are met in every interaction.
• Staying informed about new and updated procedures regarding policy information, and ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest developments.
• Meeting established department standards for call volume, average call handling time, and effective time management, and consistently delivering high-quality service to our policyholders.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide seamless support to our policyholders.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company information in a clear and concise manner.

• A full-time training program lasting 2-3 weeks, conducted Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST.
• Availability for training during the weekdays between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM CST is required.

Post-Training Schedule

Following training, you'll work 40 hours per week on a Monday-Friday schedule, with no weekend shifts unless overtime is available.

Equipment
