What You’ll Do As the engineering manager, you will need to work with product managers, user experience designers, program managers, and other teams, to:

• Manage the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing, to model development and deployment, to offline evaluation and online monitoring.
• Research and push boundaries in GenAI techniques and algorithms that can improve the performance, scalability, and robustness of our AI experiences.
• Mentor and coach your team members on best practices, code, and model quality, design patterns, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Hire, reputed company, and retain top talent for your team and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, present technical concepts and results clearly and concisely, and solicit feedback and input from various stakeholders.
• Experiment with new models and features, while making data-driven decisions in A/B testing scenarios.
