Demonstrated history of success in leading operational excellence, customer experience, and loss prevention. 3+ years of experience in leading and delivering operational results for a growth organization, with specific responsibilities for sales and profit growth, team development and employee retention. Experience in a high growth brand a plus Demonstrated ability to create positive, efficient teams through mentorship, coaching and feedback.
