Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and compassionate Remote Chat & Text Therapist to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Remote Chat & Text Therapist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of services to our clients, coordinating day-to-day operations of the program, and recommending and implementing changes that would improve the delivery of services. This is a full-time remote role that offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer reputed company chats and texts in a timely and professional manner while meeting agency goals
• Effectively assess clinical situations and needs of reputed company chatters
• Provide quality assurance of the program's service delivery
• Complete clinical documentation thoroughly, clearly, and accurately, including information critical to data collection and reporting to funders
• Monitor call-in times for clients reputed company on a 72-Hour Suicide Watch or Safety Follow-Up

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the behavioral health field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Clear and effective communication
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to document detailed information
• Ability to multitask
