Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping us reputed company our mission of making health insurance enrollment simple. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Providing technical support and managing customer accounts to ensure seamless interactions

Compensation Details

• Enhanced reputed company: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
• Spanish bilingual reputed company pay: $15.50 per hour
• Spanish bilingual enhanced reputed company: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance

Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
• Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
• Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
• Complete a background reputed company and health screening
