Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our client's team, a full-service self storage company operating in the day-to-day operations of the self storage industry. Responsibilities:

• Initiate the auction process for customers who have not paid their storage fees, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
