About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work from home, providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and/or services. Essential Qualifications

• The ability to speak fluent Spanish and English
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Open availability
• A high school diploma or GED
• A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
