Key Responsibilities

As an Email Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Managing client-specific data using various resources, including CRM systems and databases
• Communicating customer complaint trends and feedback to management, providing actionable insights to drive business improvement
• Performing basic customer account transactions, such as account updates and password resets
• Maintaining performance standards and confidentiality, adhering to established procedures and company policies
• Adapting to changes while remaining productive in a fast-paced team environment, working cooperatively across reputed company employee levels, vendors, and clients
• Following established procedures and company policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Additional Responsibilities

This role may also involve performing other customer service functions, such as:

Education and Qualifications

Work Schedule

• Flexible scheduling to accommodate individual needs and preferences

Compensation and Benefits

* reputed company wage: $14.50/hour

• Shift differential: 2nd Shift = $0.75 for each paid hour if 50% or more of scheduled hours occur between 4pm-12am on a routine and reoccurring basis
• Weekend Shift: $3.75/hour for hours worked between 3am Saturday to 11pm Sunday
