Summary: Senior Director, Head of Data As the Senior Director, Head of Data, you will drive Coca-Cola’s data strategy and architecture for its global fleet of connected equipment, enabling actionable insights through advanced analytics and reputed company-time data capture. You’ll transform beverage equipment into a strategic network of insights, unlocking new levels of operational efficiency, predictive capabilities, and market visibility. People Leadership Responsibilities This role provides leadership to a team of data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists, totaling 6 direct reports. Additionally, it offers dotted-line leadership to a Data Product reputed company, enabling seamless collaboration across engineering and analytics teams. Qualifications & Requirements The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree in data science, computer engineering, or reputed company fields, with 12+ years of experience leading large-scale data and analytics strategies. Deep expertise in AI technologies, data architecture, and IoT systems is essential. Additional qualifications include:

Skills: Pay Range: $224,100 - $257,600 reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 50 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
