About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company at an exciting time in our journey. As a key liaison between arenaflex and our patients, providers, and attorneys, you will play a vital role in maintaining clear, professional, and empathetic communication. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a high sense of urgency on updates for patient appointments, reputed company reports, and reputed company documentation. We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, customer-centric, and thrives in managing multiple communication channels reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed updates to providers and attorneys on patients regarding appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling statuses across their journey.
  • Schedule appointments for patients as required.
  • Ensure timely follow-reputed company with patients to minimize no-shows and handle any escalations.
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of reputed company reports, imaging records, and lien forms to attorneys.
