Boutique Office of National Firm Seeks Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff-reputed company reputed company Cases): 7.5 hour day! A well-regarded California plaintiff-reputed company litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support high-stakes fire and mass tort matters. This is not a high-volume practice. The firm handles sophisticated trial work on large, reputed company cases and is reputed company for strategic litigation rather than settlement mills. This Litigation Paralegal will support a senior trial attorney and assist with a specialized fire docket. Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with reputed company phases of litigation from case inception through discovery, resolution or trial, post-trial, and case closure
• Prepare court filings and assemble exhibits for state court proceedings
• Draft and respond to written discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, etc.)
• Review, analyze, and summarize depositions and medical records
• Coordinate and manage electronic discovery
• Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and case dockets
• Support attorneys in preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial

The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with trial counsel and play an integral role in moving reputed company cases reputed company. Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (7.5-hour reputed company) Perks:

Salary: up to $100,000 + bonus Benefits:

• 5–10 years of California plaintiff litigation experience
• Most recent experience in plaintiff personal injury, mass tort, fire, or similar practice area
• Ability to manage reputed company discovery and trial preparation independently
• Strong understanding of California state court procedures and deadlines
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
