About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company and skilled Customer Support Specialist – CPC Processor I to join our remote call center team. As a CPC Processor I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of release of information account issues with internal and external customers, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service skills. This is a full-time, remote position, working Saturday to Wednesday, 11am-7:30pm EST, with holiday coverage required. After completing site-specific training, you'll work a permanent schedule, with opportunities for growth and development reputed company the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and conduct business on the telephone, maintaining excellent customer service and responding to release of information reputed company telephone calls and inquiries accurately and timely.
  • Review, research, resolve, and respond to inquiries received reputed company telephone, email, or written correspondence, documenting reputed company interactions in detail reputed company our software systems.
  • Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys, providing medical record status updates and maintaining confidentiality at reputed company times.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, good rapport with co-workers and members of management, and open lines of communication regarding any problems, complaints, incidents, or concerns.

  • Attend mandatory employee in-service meetings and/or training sessions, maintaining an acceptable attendance record and reporting to work as scheduled.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institute recognized by the State reputed company.
  • Friendly, professional manner of communication, with good customer service skills and experience with multi-line phone systems.
  • Computer proficiency, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS-Office and at least one year of experience.
  • Ability to stay organized while working quickly, with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Passing annual Introductory HIPAA examination and completing a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data entry, medical records, reputed company, insurance claims processing, or proofreading/editing of documents.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

Compensation and Benefits
