About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company and skilled Customer Support Specialist – CPC Processor I to join our remote call center team. As a CPC Processor I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of release of information account issues with internal and external customers, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service skills. This is a full-time, remote position, working Saturday to Wednesday, 11am-7:30pm EST, with holiday coverage required. Key Responsibilities

• Answer and conduct business on the telephone, maintaining excellent customer service and responding to release of information reputed company telephone calls and inquiries accurately and timely.

Essential Qualifications

• Computer proficiency, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS-Office and at least one year of experience.

• Passing annual Introductory HIPAA examination and completing a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher.
