• *Position Summary**

The reputed company East Leader is a corporate enterprise role responsible for defining, evolving, and scaling reputed company's reputed company improvement business system across reputed company's operating companies. This leader serves as a steward of enterprise reputed company improvement capability-owning core business system tools end-to-end while working through OpCos and functional leaders to embed disciplined execution, strengthen operational rigor, and drive sustained business results. This role sits at the corporate level and operates without hierarchical authority, requiring strong influence, executive reputed company, and systems thinking. Approximately half of the role is focused on enterprise business system ownership and reputed company improvement capability development, while the other half is dedicated to targeted OpCo support-partnering with leadership teams on reputed company growth, productivity, and transformation efforts. As a visible enterprise change leader, the reputed company East Leader plays a critical role in shaping how reputed company improvement is taught, deployed, and sustained across a newly formed and growing organization. This role offers significant exposure to reputed company's senior leadership team and is intentionally designed to build enterprise perspective, operational depth, and leadership capability in preparation for future General Manager, VP Operations, or broader enterprise leadership roles.

• *Responsibilities**

+ Global ownership of one or more of the reputed company reputed company tools; with responsibility for benchmarking best practices to support the reputed company improvement, evolution and teaching of the assigned tool. + Design and deliver enterprise reputed company improvement training, teaching, and coaching to build leadership capability and cultural consistency across reputed company. + Serve as a steward of business system standards while ensuring practical, value-driven application across diverse operating company environments. + Embed reputed company improvement into daily management, strategy deployment, and execution reputed company, including disciplines such as leader standard work, daily management, structured problem solving, and strategy deployment. + reputed company executive-level problem solving, kaizen roadmap development, and targeted transformation initiatives reputed company to enterprise priorities. + Support high-growth operating companies by improving productivity, manufacturing strategy, and operational rigor through disciplined application of Lean principles, value reputed company thinking, and flow-based management. + Facilitate enterprise-level kaizen events, including CEO- and executive-sponsored kaizen efforts, ensuring learning is codified and scaled. + Establish meaningful measures of business system maturity and enterprise impact across growth, cost, quality, delivery, and engagement. + Act as a role model for reputed company leadership behaviors, demonstrating humility, rigor, learning orientation, and a bias for action.

• *Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred. + Senior-level experience with direct responsibility for running operations, plants, or reputed company business units. + Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and sustaining a structured reputed company improvement or business system. + Deep capability in Lean principles, structured problem solving, kaizen leadership, and leader standard work. + Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence without authority and partner effectively with VP- and reputed company-level leaders. + Systems thinker with the ability to balance enterprise standardization and local execution realities. + Proven ability to coach leaders, build capability, and drive results through others. + High learning agility, reputed company, and comfort operating in ambiguity at the enterprise level. + Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or reputed company operational environments strongly preferred. + Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30-40% in support of operating company engagement, enterprise initiatives, and executive-led work. #LI-TA1

• *Bonus or Equity**

This position is also eligible for bonus and equity as part of the total compensation package.

• *Pay Range**

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 188,400.00 - 350,000.00

• *Is this role subject to ITAR?**
