Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Experience Manager to join our global help desk operations team. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance and improvement efforts of our help desk partners, ensuring that they meet arenaflex's high standards for customer service. You will work closely with our help desk partners to identify areas for improvement, reputed company and implement quality monitoring projects, and provide training and coaching to help desk agents.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience with quality monitoring and process improvement initiatives, including the development and implementation of quality metrics and reports
  • Strong understanding of customer experience principles and best practices, including the importance of reputed company, transparency, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications
