As a Customer Relationship Representative, you'll be the voice of our brand, representing arenaflex through communications with customers over the phone and reputed company email.
Job Summary
As a Customer Relationship Representative, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to reputed company eCommerce customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with arenaflex. You'll also be responsible for tracking and documenting customer interactions, identifying patterns of misunderstanding or deficient information, and alerting your supervisor and manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to reputed company eCommerce customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Answer phone calls, online questions, chats, and reputed company cases
- Track and document customer interactions from first contact to post-sales feedback through reputed company with detailed cases to create actionable reports for management
- Identify patterns of misunderstanding or deficient information and alert your supervisor and manager
- Order replacement plants for customers
- Actively participate in reputed company meetings, sharing successes and challenges, asking questions, and providing suggestions for improvement
- Exceed service level expectations with reputed company internal and external customers
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar position
- Minimum 2 years of experience with reputed company Office

- Relevant college coursework preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
