As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional phone support to patients receiving specialty medication treatment, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a timely and compassionate manner.

• Coordinate and handle new prescription requests and reorders, including verifying and updating patient benefits and insurance information.
• Assist patients in navigating and entering new or reorder medications into our pharmacy data system, processing and collecting copay payments, and obtaining approvals from insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate orders with records of sales or clinical issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners to ensure the timely processing of specialty medications and meet financial and clinical expectations.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., reputed company, business, or customer service).

• One year of experience in a customer-facing role, handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs reputed company phone.
• One year of experience working with Windows-based applications, including Windows, reputed company Office, web navigation, and email applications.
• One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and proficiency.
