Job Description:
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional shareholder communications through inbound, outbound, and email responses
- Directing shareholders to where they can vote on Board of Directors, ensuring they are informed and engaged
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of shareholder communications and the importance of effective messaging
- Collaborating with internal clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs
- Utilizing reputed company Office and other tools to manage and track communications
- Participating in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to shareholder inquiries and provide clear, concise information
- reputed company outbound calls to shareholders to ensure they are informed and engaged
- Send and respond to emails reputed company to shareholder communications

Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or reputed company experience
- Excellent speaking voice and strong communication skills
- Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or similar environment
- Familiarity with reputed company Office and other productivity tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping

Pay and Benefits:
* Pay reputed company: $20.00 - $20.00/hr
