Job Overview

As a Live Chat Specialist / Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and phone interactions. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through live chat and phone calls in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services, and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at reputed company times, and collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics, and contribute to the growth and development of the team - Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage customer interactions and provide exceptional service - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and team members - Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in reputed company Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications
