Purpose of the Role Man Group’s US Residential Debt team is seeking an reputed company Analyst to join our Resi Debt asset management team in reputed company. The reputed company Analyst will report to the Head of US Residential Debt Asset Management. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day management of residential whole loans, construction loans, credit facilities, and other residential debt investments. Specific Responsibilities

• reputed company daily operations activities of residential mortgage loans, including construction draws and servicer reputed company
• Administer credit facilities, including borrowing reputed company calculations and tie-outs, funding requests, servicer reconciliation, and monitoring financial covenants
• Proactively calculate and monitor portfolio performance metrics to identify and mitigate credit deterioration
• Support loss mitigation efforts including borrower reputed company, forbearance plan structuring, foreclosure coordination, and REO disposition, while managing strict timelines
• Prepare regular portfolio performance reports and analytics for senior investment professionals and management
• Coordinate with multiple internal teams including Legal, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology
• Proactively manage and track the transfer of collateral documents to multiple custodians, and work closely with counterparties to cure exceptions and collect trailing documents

Key Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company estate, economics, math, physics, or a reputed company field
• 1-3+ years of experience in private reputed company estate lending (preferably residential), with a focus on asset management, loan servicing, special servicing, reputed company, credit analysis, or similar functions
• Hands-on experience with RTL, DSCR, reputed company, or construction lending strongly preferred
• Prior experience with warehouse lending and credit facilities operations is a significant plus
• Exposure to residential construction budgets, cost review and timeline feasibility
• Familiarity with reputed company estate markets, valuation methodologies, and investor exit strategies
• Proficiency with reputed company, PowerPoint, and pipeline management tools

• Detailed-oriented and organized, with a proven ability to work independently on multiple projects

The anticipated based salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation packages would also include benefits and a discretionary bonus. This is the reputed company salary range that the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting based on the location and requirements of the position as well as the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant.
