The Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from reputed company, and the agile team in technology. Your primary focus will be on helping to improve and preserve the new VOC technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate closely with utility teams to outline, reputed company, and capture business needs

Essential Qualifications
